The pajamas style trend is not your typical pajamas that you wear to bed. The fabric and style are influenced by your nightly PJs except this trend can actually be worn outside and during the day. The pajama style is the definition of "I woke up like this." In today's look, I am wearing JCrew silk tiger print pajama style set . I love the subtle mix of colors. T his polka dot chinos is definitely unique and my absolutely favorite. To style chinos , keep it simple. For formal feel, dress it up with shirt and blazer. For me, styling this polka dot chino pants is all about simplicity with uniques accessories and details. This is the third time that I am wearing this pants. I previously wore it with a neutral  ruffle off shoulder top  for a event. Mastering how to wear wide-leg trousers is all about balance and proportion. To achieve an elongated look, pair it with high heel shoes. A combination of high-waisted and wide-leg trouser has a great way of creating elongated and lean look. My pants in this post is a mix of high wiasted and wide-leg. This is not the first time I am wearing statement skirts with cascading details or details in general. I am a big fan of pencil skirts and skirts with unique details, prints and patterns. I am still feeling celebratory in the velvet lace skirt . Often times, some people shy away from velvet looks including myself. I usually go for velvet shoes and accessories first before velvet looks; but that have changed of late. Velvet fabric can be very stylish depending on occasion and how it is styled. You can wear a velvet bottom styled with a different sold or print top...you don't necessary have to pair both fabric together.  On the other hand, you can also go for velvet dresses or suited in velvet blazer and bottom. Full post here I can't believe it's almost time to say goodbye to 2017. It feels like it was yesterday that I was writing a 2016 year in review post...how times flies! This year has been filled so many great opportunities and lessons. I am internally grateful for the amazing support from you all, the awesome brands/PRs that I got to work with this years and my beautiful family and friends. Some of the things that I learnt this year is that with hard work, persistent and God favor, there is nothing you can't achieve. Also, that I truly have a great support system from family, friends and you guys.  When I started this blog, I never imagined how many people that I will get to influence and influence me. The support I have received from my readers from day one and most especially this year has been beyond my imagination. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
