They are everywhere including part of neckline, sleeves, covering the hemlines and swimsuits.  I have always been a huge fan of ruffle details. They can transform classic and simple pieces into fun and flirty.  Think of ruffles as a statement necklace. Ruffles add a fun feel to looks and this Eva Mendes collection ruffled maxi skirt is no exception. Love the subtle stripe color...it doesn't get any more spring/summer than this skirt! The maxi skirt is high-waisted and the fit is amazing. I paired it with this " Miami graphic tee " for a casual approach. This is not the first time I am wearing statement skirts with cascading details or details in general. I am a big fan of pencil skirts and skirts with unique details, prints and patterns. Cascading ruffle detail happens to be one of my favorite addition in a skirt. The off shoulder ruffle top adds a fun twist to the look without taking away from the polka pants. I love the muted tones and how the top and pants complement each other.
