Happy Monday! Hope you all had a great Mother's Day weekend. My weekend started with brunch/lunch with friends on Saturday for an early birthday celebration. I wore this beautiful Zimmermann top and shorts. You can find my weekend fun activities on my Instagram highlight 'Family Fun'. Looking forward to continuing my celebration tomorrow on my actual birthday. My weekend continued with a surprise staycation by hubby for Mother's Day. This was truly a fun filled weekend with love ones.

Back to a new work week and new work style. Today's work style fits perfectly for the current spring weather. Since the weather is slightly chilly in the morning, this mixed print blouse is great for transitioning from chilly to warmer spring weather. My work style this spring has been revolving around fun skirts...specifically pleated print skirts. The color mix of this printed pleated skirt is fun. I choose to wear both matching print top and skirt together; but It can also be styled with black pumps or sandals for work this spring.

Spent my weekend shooting some spring campaigns and looks for the upcoming weeks. We also took Nolan to see the Marvel Universal Superheroes live with his friends, which was a big surprise for him. It is not to early to start  shopping for your spring pieces. One big trend to look out for this spring is pastel suits. Colored suits are great addition to work style for spring. You can style your spring suits as a set or mix and match. This mustard yellow suit will be a  great addition for spring. I paired it with camel and neutral colors so as not to overwhelm the color. A style tip for wearing colored/spring suits without looking over-the-top is to complement the look with neutral or warm colors.
